Val Pere Jacques School participated in its first ever robotics competition at the one week AUST Robotics Summer Camp. 16 students competed with students from 15 other schools, participating in 43 projects, learning Arduino and practically working on the cars.
Thanks to Mr. Jad Mrad who helped in guiding the students through the 3 qualifying tests, making their way to the finals and coming first in the competition.
Special thanks to Sister Mary Youssef and Mr. Camille Yaacoub for their help and support and to the AUST for its hospitality.
This is the first trophy in the “robotic era” at Val Pere Jacques; congratulations for such a beginning!
